“Keeping It Classy” is our version of what we want an all around delicious espresso to be. Alone it has notes of dark chocolate a viscous body and a lingering finish but there is nice acidity and complexity to shine through milk. The coffees for KIC espresso are always current crop and are sourced with these ideals in mind.
Across the country, the holidays are a time to stop and celebrate. It also calls for most to break out snow shovels and winter coast. Lucky for us, the holidays mean flip flops and t-shirts. Maybe a beanie. This is a blend of two very special coffees from Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea to be enjoyed beach-side with family, friends and a healthy dose of sunshine.
Pablo Guerreros Farm Hacienda El Obraje is one of the most stunning properties in the mountains of the Nation region in Colombia. Mr. Guerrero's background in architecture leads him to approach coffee from both passionate and pragmatic angles, applying planting and processing strategies designed for long term farm health. Geisha is considered by many to be the most delicious varietals available, featuring dynamic flavors, intense aromatics and a long lasting finish. Pablo has done an excellent job of applying the natural process to this coffee, to creat a truly amazing and unique beverage.

High in the Peruvian Andes Mountains, smallholder farmers produce Typica, Bourbon and Caturra coffee varietals. At these high altitudes, the cherries on these trees mature slowly, ensuring when picked ripe they produce the sweetest beans. Over the last few years, with an increase in demand and incentives for higher quality Organic coffees, Peru has put in the work to have a wider selection of specialty grade coffee. This year we are happy to share this sweet, balanced cup.
GUATEMALA GENESIS RESERVA

We are plead to once again offer this sweet and delicious coffee from the Finca di Dios farm in Guatemala. On 25 hectares of mountainous terrain, Ellen Prentice and her family work to produce some of the best quality coffee in Guatemala. This is our fifith harvest sourcing with Finca De Dios, and it is a relationship we hope continues for years to come.
