Every day the ovens of our bakery are filled with sheets of hand-rolled croissants, muffins and cookies to create the day’s supply of scratch-made pastries. But we don’t stop there, from our kitchens we bake a variety of wheat-free pastry, press fresh organic juice, make our own almond milk, steep our chai and more. Our philosophy and approach is simple.
