This is a Fair Trade and organically certified coffee from the Cajamarca
region in Peru. While the high elevation of this region makes growing
delicious coffee possible, until recently the proper infrastructure was not
in place to properly process and separate the best tasting lots.
Beans grown by producers Crescensio Pizarro, Arnulfo Perez Tapia,
and Jesus Maita Guerrero were combined to make this sweet, clean and
