Tasting notes: Mixed Berry - Wildflower - Pie Crust
Francisca and Oscar Chacon, owners and operators of the Las Lajas Micromill are third-generation coffee producers and are know for being the pioneers of producing high quality honey processed coffees in Costa Rica. This particular lot is a Yellow Honey process. In the processing method they remove the fruit and leave 100% of the mucilage left on, this coffee is then slowly dried, being turned hourly on the bed. In the past we have served these coffees and are excited to once again bring the fruit of the Chacon's labor to SD.
