At the foot of the active Poas Volcano sits Hacienda Sonora, a biodynamic coffee farm run by Alberto Guardia and his son Diego. After attending SDSU and earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Diego returned to his family's farm to improve and maintain operations. Their farm now runs on 100% renewable energy. The coffee in this bag is a unique blend of two different processing methods, 50% black honey processed and 50% natural processed. This blend of processes results in a silky, intensely sweet cup that will have any coffee lover longing for another.
