Established in 2012 by Ismael Hassen and his family, the Kayon Mountain farm started with the aim of producing high quality coffee in a socially and environmentally responsible way. Their farm is Organic certified and when producing this natural processed micro lot #15, they used raised African drying beds, allowing this coffee to dry over 12-20 days, meticulously hand turning and picking over to remove any defective beans. This cup has distinctive notes of blueberry, strawberry and has a delicate, floral finish. We are delighted to once again be serving coffee from the Guji Zone.
