Last year we traveled to the mountains of Huehuetenango, Guatemala and had the opportunity to meet with farmer, Francisco Morales. In the hopes of building relationships with producers, who are pushing the boundaries of what we consider exceptional coffees, Francisco's commitment to learning and sharing stories was the determining factor for a continued relationship. This years crop proves that his curiosity can lead to higher quality. This coffee was dried under shaded nets, to improve the gradual process of drying, with the aim to enhance flavor and prolong shelf life. The result of meticulous attention to detail is this incredible cup. Enjoy!
