Colombia Luminosa V2 - Washed is produced by Alexander Vargas and his son Arley on their family farm, La Piragua, in Huila, Colombia.

For more than 20 years, the Vargas family has cultivated exceptional specialty coffee, earning recognition as four-time Cup of Excellence finalists. Their dedication to sustainable farming, precise fermentation management, and meticulous processing shines through in every harvest.

This Pink Bourbon lot undergoes a washed process, where the fruit is removed before drying. The result is a remarkably clean and elegant cup that highlights the coffee's floral aromatics, bright citrus acidity, and distinctive varietal character.

Part of our Luminosa V2 release, this coffee is available alongside its companion offering, Colombia Luminosa V2 Natural. Produced on the same farm, by the same family, from the same Pink Bourbon variety and harvest, these coffees differ only in their processing method.
