Located on the slopes of the Barú Volcano in Western Panama, The Peterson Family, are masters of growing and processing the Geisha variety bean. Intense aromas of jasmine and other florals fill the air during the brewing process. The jasmine note is once again found in the light, silky tea-like body of the coffee. Accompanying the floral notes are bergamot, sweet citrus flavors and an ultra clean finish. While any Geisha is a special drinking experience, Esmeralda Geisha is truly the ultimate luxury of the coffee world.

El Salvador coffee is often described as smooth, sweet and balanced. They are the epitome of a good, easy drinking cup of coffee that can be enjoyed by everyone. Santa Rita is located on the high altitude terrain of the Apaneca – Ilametepec Mountain range.
