We take pride in delivering the freshest single origin coffees to our customers. For transparency reasons, we roast all our single origin beans just once a week, exclusively on Mondays. For those who want the freshest single origin coffee delivered to them, we recommend placing your order on Saturday or Sunday. This timing allows us to ship your coffee immediately after roasting it, ensuring your order of single origin coffees shows up at your doorstep as fresh as possible.

In the Spring of 2020 we traveled to the mountains of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, to meet with producer, Francisco Morales, to learn more about his coffee plants, facilities and processes. We were able to bring him a bag of his coffee from the previous harvest year, so that he could see and taste how his coffee was being enjoyed in San Diego. He shared stories of his humble beginnings and how he never thought he'd see his name on anything. His commitment to learning and sharing stories has been the determining factor for our continued relationship. This years crop proves that his curiosity can lead to higher quality coffee. This natural coffee was dried under shaded nets to improve the gradual process of drying, with the aim to enhance flavor and prolong shelf-life. The result of meticulous attention to detail is the incredible cup. Enjoy!
