We take pride in delivering the freshest single origin coffees to our customers. For transparency reasons, we roast all our single origin beans just once a week, exclusively on Mondays. For those who want the freshest single origin coffee delivered to them, we recommend placing your order on Saturday or Sunday. This timing allows us to ship your coffee immediately after roasting it, ensuring your order of single origin coffees shows up at your doorstep as fresh as possible.

In 2022, we sampled Exibia's coffee for the first time. We loved it so much that we purchased it and decided we had to go meet her to learn about her land and processes. In the spring of 2023, we took a trip to Santa Barbara, Honduras and had the opportunity to meet Exibia, her son Marlon, and husband Samuel. Exceptional coffee serves as the catalyst for meaningful connections, yet it's the passionate individuals like Exibia and her family, who wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to nurturing their land and coffee plans, that truly ignite our deepest inspiration.
