Colombia Luminosa V1 is produced by Arley Vargas and his father Alexander on their family farm, La Piragua, in the Huila region. Known for their dedication to sustainability and precision, the Vargas family uses regenerative practices and meticulous processing—starting with peak-ripeness cherry selection and a two-stage fermentation method that brings out this coffee’s brilliant character.
Expect vibrant notes of sweet lemon cake, tropical mango and pineapple, and a soft almond finish—an elegant reflection of Huila’s diverse terroir and the Vargas family's craftsmanship.
