We take pride in delivering the freshest single origin coffees to our customers. For transparency reasons, we roast all our single origin beans just once a week, exclusively on Mondays. For those who want the freshest single origin coffee delivered to them, we recommend placing your order on Saturday or Sunday. This timing allows us to ship your coffee immediately after roasting it, ensuring your order of single origin coffees shows up at your doorstep as fresh as possible.

Our partnership with Ellen and Finca De Dios was made possible by her daughter, Ashley, with whom we had the opportunity to cup with back in 2015. The flavor and quality of the samples were unlike any coffees we've had. That one cupping was the genesis of our 10-year relationship. Ellen Prentice and her family work to produce some of the highest-quality coffees in Guatemala while preserving a third of their land for natural forests and wildlife. Their commitment to the environment, the quality of their coffee, and their community is what makes us proud to maintain this relationship with dignity and love.
