Every day the ovens of our bakery are filled with sheets of hand-rolled croissants, muffins and cookies to create the day’s supply of scratch-made pastries. But we don’t stop there, from our kitchens we bake a variety of wheat-free pastry, press fresh organic juice, make our own almond milk, steep our chai and more.

Our philosophy and approach is simple. We start from scratch with everything we make so we can authentically tell you, all of these delicious goods are made with natural -organic – local ingredients.
