Mexico Pulso de Vida V1 comes from the serene community of San Gregorio in Chiapas, where 40 coffee-growing families cultivate their farms at elevations between 1,400 and 1,600 meters. Generations of farmers in this quiet, close-knit region continue their heritage with care, processing Bourbon, Marsellesa, and Typica varietals through traditional washed methods. After a 12–20-hour fermentation in wooden tanks, the beans are sun-dried on cement patios, creating a coffee that reflects both dedication and craftsmanship rooted deeply in Mexico’s coffee-growing tradition.
This carefully roasted selection reveals a sweet, fruit-forward cup with notes of apricot and tamarind balanced by a soft, black-tea finish. The cup’s warmth and subtle spice evoke the rhythm of life in San Gregorio—slow, intentional, and full of character—making Pulso de Vida V1 a genuine expression of the heart and pulse of Chiapas coffee culture.
